Mr. Joseph Larrinaga who works with Sosa Law Firm out of Brandon, Florida was irresponsible, careless, and an untrustworthy attorney. Mr. Joseph Larrinaga failed me in numerous ways. His failure to submit an order to dissolve an injunction, that a Judge ordered, caused me to be arrested sit in jail a...nd wrongfully not see my child for 14 days. I had primary residency of child for school purposes at the time. In the mean time he was unresponsive to my calls and emails as well as the staff. Not completing his duty from the first fee, I was forced to submit another retainer fee for him to clear up the unnecessary arrest to get me out of jail without any charges. If he would have followed the courts order in a timely manner (like right away) in the first place the arrest would have been prevented. Mr. Larrinaga along with Melissa allowed a false rape allegation escalate to a possible trial to attempt to drain $10000.00 more from me after $3000 had already been paid to the firm for the negligent irreparable damage already caused.
