About me

Trent Kennelly was born in Orlando, Florida. He obtained his undergraduate degree with a major in Entrepreneurial Business from the University of Central Florida in 2007. He went on to obtain his law degree and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. Mr. Kennelly has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011.

Trent began his legal career with a focus on residential foreclosure. He has experience in prosecution and defense of residential foreclosures, as well as the legal issues related to title, homeowner’s association matters, and bankruptcy. In addition, Trent has an understanding of admiralty and maritime law, domestic and international commercial leasing, trans-boundary real and personal property rights law, and mineral rights law. Trent strives to work on the cutting edge of the law, as our understanding of domestic and international property evolves over the coming years.

When Trent is not advocating for the rights of his clients, he enjoys a variety of activities. Trent is an avid practitioner of CrossFit, and greatly enjoys the challenges it offers. Additionally, he enjoys rock climbing, and participating in challenging alternative running activities, often including challenging obstacles. Trent greatly enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Trent is continually learning, and enjoys strengthening his understanding of the French language. Trent hopes to tackle Spanish as his next extra-curricular challenge.

Trent is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, and is available to handle all of your domestic or international property related needs!
