Disappointed
I was very disappointed in this lawyer. She had my social security case for 1 1/2 years, then dropped me right before the hearing. She said there wasn't enough evidence - what was she doing for 1 1/2 years? I never even got to meet her to explain my case to her.

Replied last June 24, 2014I regret that this person was disappointed that I was unable to continue the case through hearing. There are many circumstances unique to each case that may affect whether we choose to withdraw or whether we can be successful at hearing. Even the best lawyer cannot win a case if the medical evidence does not support the claim. I attempt to reach each client to explain the situation in those rare cases when we feel that there is not enough evidence to be successful. We always stress to our clients the importance of continuing under medical care.
