Biography
For almost thirty years, I have been fortunate to represent injured people and their families in their attempt to obtain justice. Tampa is my home, but our firm handles cases throughout Florida. If you have a question or a case in which I can help, please call me or send me an e-mail.
I am Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. I am Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.
But the greatest satisfaction I derive in my practice comes from achieving results for my clients. I have been fortunate to have obtained a verdict over $10 million in both 2013 and 2014. In 208, we obtained a verdict of $41 million for our clients, and in 2016 achieved a verdict in excess of $11 million. We also have obtained many seven and eight figure settlements subject to confidentiality agreements.
