We hired this firm to handle our Lemon Law case. Ms. Cremeens was assigned our case. Her assistant would schedule conference calls for us to speak with Ms. Cremeens, and not one time did she call on time. Multiple times she just never called at all. One instance we were given 48 hours to decide ...whether or not to accept an offer from the manufacture and needed guidance from her. Impossible to reach her so had to make an educated guess.
