My experience with David was primarily due to a situation that my wife found herself in regarding an inheritance. Without going into the specifics, we met with David and explained my wife's situation about a year prior to actually hiring him. He was very thorough with his questions and realized we ...were in a legally solid position however, it was too early to do anything. We stayed in touch over the course of the next year. The facts about my case had not changed except that financially, we weren't able to sign any "typical" contract. I mentioned to David I was going to defend our case Pro Se'. Of course, David informed me that would likely be a bad idea, not because we were incompetent but because of the vast procedures involved with regard to wills, trusts and estates. David was hired to help amend all of the documents related to a divorce settlement. After getting recommendations and interviewing 5 different attorneys and being unsatisfied with the results of my previous attorney, David was able to comprehend a complex divorce. With 35 separate entities/privately ...owned businesses in which I was somewhere between 30-100% owner, he was able to methodically and clearly build a case so that the opposing counsel would understand and so that we could defend it if need be in court. He remained completely unemotional and was all business throughout the process and quite frankly was the only attorney I found that not only knew the legal proceedings but understood the financials and was able to codify that.

I hired David a over a year ago to handle my divorce. He is very good at what he does, he knows family law very well, better than most. Unlike other attorneys who don't return you calls, David will return you call within 24 hours and if he can't he will send you and email explaining why. He respon...ses to your emails as well. So in sort you can always reach him. He takes the time to get to know his clients and their case well so when he gets to court he is well prepared. He also keeps you informed via email about any developments in your case. His only down fall is the turnover rate in his office. While I was his client he has had three different paralegals, Renee, Yvette and Jennifer. I can understand him letting Renee go she was not very good at her job (and that is putting it nicely) , but Yvette was an excellent Paralegal and I was sad to see her go. Yvette by far was the best out of the three Paralegal. Jennifer his third Paralegal is quite good at her job as well. Judging by his performance and his staff (Yvette and Jennifer) him and his team are the best. If I ever need a family law attorney again you can best believe I will chose David and his team.
