With the prospect of of facing a felony and 2 misdemeanors I knew I had to find an agressive but yet understanding attorney. Mr. Fernandez was excellent in the trial and was able to impugn the complaining witness and in his cross examination the witness gave an entirely different account than she gave authorities. The result of the trial was that I was found not guilty of the felony and the most serious misdemeanor and was adjudicated on the minimal misdemeanor which has already been fully resolved.
