With the prospect of of facing a felony and 2 misdemeanors I knew I had to find an agressive but yet understanding attorney. I was referred to the law firm of Fernandez and Hernandez and I am so glad that I was. After getting a few offers from the state attorney Mr. Fernandez consulted with me and he didn't try to convince me to accept the offers vs going to trial but gave me best and worse case scenarios and based on this information I made the decision to go to trial. Mr. Fernandez was excellent in the trial and was able to impugn the complaining witness and in his cross examination the witness gave an entirely different account than she gave authorities. The result of the trial was that I was found not guilty of the felony and the most serious misdemeanor and was adjudicated on the minimal misdemeanor which has already been fully resolved. I couldn't be more happier with the results and I would highly and enthusiastically recommend the law firm of Fernandez and Hernandez to represent in any case that you might be faced with.
