Christina was a great ally to have in my corner through the toughest time in my life. She came to me highly recommended, So there was no need to keep looking. I trusted her, knowing she would have my best Interest. She is highly knowledgeable, highly experienced, compassionate, and TOUGH. Her... office staff is top notch as well. Stephanie made sure I was on track with required documents and not to loose focus. There were times I just wanted to throw in the towel. They were there to hear me vent and cry at times. They guided me through keeping me from not falling apart. They return calls immediately and prepare documents in the same fashion. Not to mention keeping me informed of important dates to be aware of for my divorce hearings. I couldn't have made a better choice of an attorney. I highly recommend her.

Hiring the Best attorney is the most important decision one makes! Mrs. Anton Garcia came, highly recommended by another (attorney), and remembered the compliment, Judge Stoddard noted during one of my initial hearings (She is an excellent option for your case). When I met Mrs. Anton I realized,... she is worth every cent I could invest to preserve the safety and dignity of all involved. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but also has a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy. I entered her office feeling defeated and left feeling, "heard, validated and confident"; with the information provided by Ms. Garcia. Once, I shared with the respondent in my case, that I met with Ms. Garcia; he decided to move towards settling vs. pushing for a trial. He noted his attorney didn't want to go to trial with Ms. Garcia! A divorce is a painful and disruptive family (life) experience. And money can be made, but hiring Ms. Garcia is absolutely an investment that will ensure your divorce will proceed with and end with respect for all parties involved, even though she is respectfully and aggressive in negotiating I also hired Ms. Garcia in a non traditional way, because I wanted to advocate (in court alone). She understood my situation and worked with me so I would be prepared. Her guidance was life-changing. I negotiated more than expected. The key is (following her guidance and trusting the process). I would not trust my family's future to any other attorney than Ms. Garcia. She is respected among her colleagues, judges and past clients. She has a proven track record of high negotiation outcomes, which makes an already painful process, less disruptive by avoiding a long and costly trial. I was willing to sign over a property, to pay for her "trial" preparation, because of the seriousness in my case, but her guidance before the pre-trial was so effective that "the respondent's attorney was released from representing him!" She has a team of professionals available to answer questions if she's in court, but you can also expect a call from her cell, if she knows her client needs re-assurance. Simply outstanding... To have her represent you and your family (regardless petitioner or respondent); is the most important gift you can give yourself and all involved. Let's say, Ms. Garcia is a force to avoid if one is the respondent! Example in my case, the attorney for the respondent was retained for over 20k by my ex-husband. Yet, the respondent's 30 year aggressive (male/misogynistic) attorney opted out of a case when realizing, the strategy and guidance was coming from Ms. Garcia. I think enough is said. May God send you and your family love, light and a victory during your difficult and life changing event. I believe, attorney's like Ms. Anton give the profession the recognition and respect needed to face any giant. Hiring Ms. Anton is an answered prayer (especially if you relax, breath and do exactly what she suggest; plus no need to ever wonder if she will follow thru or if she cares). Her intention to help families stay safe and re-build seemed to be the foundation I was blessed with to end this chapter with dignity, and safety. I hope she considers running for Judge! She has a gift and talent that will ensure safety and resources need, are awarded in domestic violence cases. ....I hope this message helps your situation! It was a dissatisfying experience to work with Mrs. Garcia. I retained her based on the positive reviews on this site and reputation in the legal community, however surprisingly, my expectations exceeded what she was able to accomplish. Facing a lawsuit can be an emotional and stressful event in some...one’s life. I have never found myself in this type of situation and expected guidance through this unfortunate process. I would have expected Mrs. Garcia to provide her legal expertise, support, and ensure my best interest (without compromising ethics), through a very difficult event. However, she was too focused on when her next retainer would be paid, instead of providing the legal representation she was hired for. My scenario: retained this attorney due paternity/child support lawsuit filed against me. During consultation she assured me she could handle the case, in fact referenced how she had won several cases against OC that was representing the petitioner. After collecting $4500 retainer, it seem to change drastically. I was assigned to an inexperience associate and my retainer was consumed by forwarded emails and back and forth communication, while OC was filing motions and bullying her way through the process. There was no legal advice, recommendation, or suggestions. Instead, I had to deal with petitioner directly and try to negotiate terms. She missed a filing hearing, never verified any of the information sent to her by OC, sent someone else's case information in an email to me, and did not return numerous calls or respond to questions on my case. Case ended in mediation, where in 4.5 hours nothing was accomplished. The associate that accompany me was not prepared and had limited knowledge when I asked for advise. I contacted Mrs. Garcia to express my disappointment. She offered a discounted rate and assured me she would personally take over the case. After agreeing to this, I would have expected she would represent me (after all, it was her I retained) and go after OC aggressively, given the nature of the situation. Instead, a few days later, I received an email demanding I pay her discounted rate (due to her associate's mishandling) and a new retainer. During this, I was traveling for work and had requested we speak later that week. She became hostile and short in her emails. Due to her approach and lack of compassion, I've since terminated my relationship with this law firm and attorney ($7000..later) and would recommend you proceed with caution when retaining this firm or attorney. Mrs. Garcia showed no compassion or empathy. Retrospectively, I believe she wanted to have me withdraw her from the case and collect balance owe of ($2300), which I had no problem settling. Since, I’ve retained new counsel and pay a retainer to unwind the mishandling of this case.
