Hello, I want to leave the most wordy and down right honest review about this team with Monica at the helm for my dissolution of marriage with a minor child. I have to say wordy and the team will know what I mean by that :) First, Monica is the most knowledgeable, experienced in her field and profess...ional attorney; I am so thankful I found her. Second, her team is right there within the professional and knowledgeable arena, steady working to make sure my needs were met and they were always available when it was important and I needed them to respond. Third, I was able to do everything through email, phone conversations (things that are important and should be discussed) and the final hearing was done on Zoom, the judge liked that due to the ease and swift ability to finalize my case. Monica is straight forward and tells it like it is, there is no gray, its black and white and she didn't hold back on letting me know what is important for my child and my case. Things I thought were really important, were actually not important in the big scheme of things. Monica is honest and stays focused on the task at hand which was ultimately myself and my child. If you think something is important then tell Monica and the team in the email subject (important) but regardless they read every email and believe me I know this first hand in a serious way too. If you need to call and leave a message do it, they will return the call and email as quickly as possible. If you do not hear from the team right away, don't be disappointed and start freaking out, just wait and they will reply or call. The work is being done behind the scenes and they are all doing the most for the client. I ended up the winner along with my daughter and Monica told me that "everyday wake up and say to yourself you are the winner" which I am and I see that now. I am doing better than I ever have and so is my daughter. It has all worked out like it should and I am happy. Living in toxic environments for the sake of the child or to keep the relationship happy is not good for your mental health. Do something about it and hire this team to help get the matter resolved. This team will do the best job and they did the best job for me and my daughter. I have the utmost respect for Monica and her team. I have referred them to several people already. Thank you Team Rohrbaugh!! I will never forget what you did for us. Keep up the good work for others in my situation. Keep getting better and learning from each case to help others. Monica was unavailable whenever I had questions or needed help. For that reason, the opposing party gained a lot of ground and I was placed in a bad position. I feel if she could communicate more with her clients, she could be a better candidate as an attorney. Unfortunately, I had to move on to anot...her attorney for my custody case.

Unfortunately my experience was not as I expected it to be, I don't tend to voice my opinion but maybe this will help to be better with future clients. The lack of communication with my attorney was frustrating and difficult, I had to seek advise and counsel elsewhere and even with my ex wife attorne...y. It was over a week when I finally had a response to a question but by then it was too late, my ex and her lawyer had already answered them. In occasions I had my ex call me asking to please ask my attorney to respond to her lawyer as well. Sadly, full payment were already paid and as stressful and frustrating as it was, at that time I was not going to bring the situation up to Da Silva in fear of being ignored even more. I hope that in the future she would be more sensitive and attentive to her clients simple and sometime obvious questions.
