Monica was unavailable whenever I had questions or needed help. For that reason, the opposing party gained a lot of ground and I was placed in a bad position. Most client communicate with me via email and I try to make myself available 24/7 (including nights, weekends and holidays) and respond to client questions and inquiries at all times of the day, so I'm very surprised that you state I was unavailable when you had a question. Unfortunately, I am not always able to respond to emails immediately due to my schedule, but I make a concerted effort to read and reply to all emails and phone messages as soon as reasonably possible.
