I handle a variety of commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, primarily in the area of real property litigation. My experience also includes class action defense, principally for title insurance underwriters.
I have litigated title insurance claims, title insurance coverage disputes, closing protection letter claims, title agent defalcations, access issues, easement disputes, submerged lands issues, homeowners insurance coverage disputes, quiet title actions, lien priority disputes, commercial lease disputes, and a range of business disputes.
He has also represented lenders in commercial disputes of all kinds, and in matters involving creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real estate workouts, foreclosures, and Uniform Commercial Code matters.
