Amanda “Mandy” Annunciata is a New England native. She moved to Florida while in high school and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies at Keiser University. She attended Stetson University College of Law in the evenings while working full-time as a paralegal for the Florida Department of Children and Families.
While in law school, Ms. Annunciata became and Editor of the Stetson Law Review and was elected Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Additionally, she was awarded the prestigious Edward D. Foreman Scholarship. She graduated law school cum laude and received the Raphael Steinhardt Award in recognition of her character, leadership, and service to the community.
Upon graduating law school, she immediately began litigating dependency cases for the Department of Children and Families. Subsequently, Ms. Annunciata became an Assistant State Attorney in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, where she litigated criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony offenses. She also gained experience litigating child support matters for the Florida Department of Revenue.
Since 2018 Ms. Annunciata has utilized her litigation skills to advocate for injured workers. In her spare time, she volunteers for Teen Court of Sarasota and enjoys spending time with her family. Ms. Annunciata has a passion for helping others and will work relentlessly to resolve your claim.
