Absolutely Incredible! From Start to finish Alla was nothing shy of perfect! As a new business owner in the Tampa Bay area who was unfamiliar with the trademark process I was indeed skeptical on who I would hire. However, after receiving my two registered trademarks I'm sure that I made the right dec...ision. First, as many most likely do, I began by searching the internet for a local patent/trademark attorney. I contacted no less than ten law firms, big and small, and was ultimately left unhappy. Not a single one would give me any information over the phone! Instead, they all wanted me to schedule an appointment and charge me their $200-300 hourly rate. Of course, I wasn’t trying to get out of adequately compensating anyone, but I was wanting to get some general information prior to sitting down with an attorney. To be honest, I didn’t even know if what I was trying to accomplish required trademarks. It wasn’t until I called Alla from Zagrebelsky Law that I was finally able to gain the insight I needed to point me in the right direction. What’s more is that she did it while on her way home from work! Yes, she spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone discussing my questions and concerns. After speaking to Alla it was clear who I wanted working on my case. She is extremely intelligent and her background is astonishing. I had no idea how well rounded she was with business law until I did some research online. She graduated at the top of her class and it certainly shows! She is extremely professional, quick to respond, and is someone you will ultimately build a relationship with. This is crucial when applying for trademarks, patents, etc. that all take time to accomplish. You want someone who you feel like is always working on your case, constantly keeping you up to date, even when there’s not much to report. Never once did I feel left in the dark or out of the loop. Alla consistently kept me informed about what was going on and what would be happening next.
