I have 4 buldging discs in my neck and a herniatied disc in my back. At the initial consolation they told me they would have no problem taking this to a jury trial and at least getting my medical bills paid. I need back surgery. I hired this attorney 2 and a half years ago. I have called numerous tim...es and never got a return call. Finally I insisted on an appointment. They told me that they were going to settle this case for $2,000! I have been seeing a Dr. And a nuero-surgeon for 2 1/2 years. My Dr. Told me that eventually I would end up in a wheel chair unable to work or provide for my family or even be able to take care of myself and they are going to settle my case for $2,000. After they take their 1/3 that doesn't leave much for the doctors who have been seeing me for the last 2 1/2 years let alone the x-rays and 2 MRI's. They knew they were going to settle for $2,000 in April and only after I demanded an appointment do I find out they knew in April that they were going to settle for $2,000 and not go through with a jury trial. $2,000 after their third does not cover seeing the doctor I have been seeing for 2 1/2 years or the nuero-surgeon! I was lied to and even when I called and asked for return phone calls I never received them! They just let me continue racking up debt and didn't even tell me they decided to settle in April for $2,000. I'm very upset and really made a bad decision on picking an attorney!
