Mrs. Fernandez Asmer has been practicing law in the State of Florida for 10-years. In 2000, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Simultaneously obtaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Mrs. Fernandez Asmer began her legal career in New York, where she was hired as the Director of Legal Affairs for a Software Development Company in New York City.
After three years, she returned to Florida, where she began her litigation career in the area of personal injury defense and commercial litigation. Taking her litigation experience to a new level, She started her law practice in 2007, where Mrs. Fernandez Asmer specializes in representing consumers and debtors in the areas of commercial litigation (both prosecution and defense), mortgage foreclosure defense, short sales, loan modifications, landlord/tenant disputes, construction law, lien law, real estate, condominium law, collection matters for small businesses, contract disputes, and personal injury.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida's state and federal courts, both Middle and Southern District Court of Appeals. The firm's clients are of the utmost importance and we strive to provide excellent representation. As a result, a high percentage of our clients are repeat customers and referrals.

Home closing
