Joseph P. Rosier is of counsel to Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. He brings years of litigation experience to Kuhn Raslavich, gained through his time as an Assistant State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit (Hillsborough County), subsequent criminal defense work, and first-party property litigation.
Mr. Rosier brings his expertise to every Colorado state and federal court, as well as all Florida state and federal courts in the Middle District of Florida and all North Carolina state courts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Tampa, he earned his juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Smart, Passionate, Responsive
One of the hardest things to find in life is a responsive attorney, but I found one in Joseph. On top of that, he is whip smart and has significant experience as a state prosecutor. He listens and gives great advice at a reasonable price - cannot do much better than that.
