Mr Thomas represented my ex wife in her criminal case in which she was arrested for battery. Jeff called me twice making light of domestic violence and harassing me. He started asking me personal questions about my personal life when he was only to speak of the criminal case. He then intimidated me... by threatening to file some absurd action. He has been reported for his misconduct, harassments and intimidation to the Florida Bar.

Jeff told me that my case is easy to be dismissed before getting my money. After he got the money, he changed his words and start to state that its hard to be dismissed and I have to accept a deal to plea guilty and lower the charges. Which I did and I regret it now. During my case, he never called m...e for any update, even no update for court date. he waved my right for speedy trial without calling me or explaining to me what is that. Definitely don't recommend him.

I think it is only fair that Mr. Thomas when somebody makes a review they explain the situation I can say this about Mr. Thomas he has never lied to me he has never tried to blow smoke up my ass he has been honest truthful and also unlike many law firms he is affordable he will actually work with yo...u on finances another amazing thing is if you call on the weekend he actually responds not because he’s desperate he has a great office his legal assistant is a very nice and very educated lady there is another lawyer at the firm they own it together it’s not that he’s desperate for money it’s just this is how he is would I suggest him for all cases I don’t know he seems to be very knowledgeable he’s going to be straightforward with you So to me that pretty much is the essence of a lawyer I hope God blesses him to grow even stronger

I retained Mr. Thomas back in October for a DUI with property Damage and a bld alch level above .15 Right away he made me feel more comfortable, since this was the only time I have ever been in trouble. He never made any false promises as other attorney's I spoke with did andwas very honest that this... might be difficult due to my bld alch level and that I was in an accident, however we just finished up today and my only charge was reckless driving, no probation and no fines only court cost. Mr. Thomas saved me thousands of dollars and I would highly recommend him over any other DUI attorney in the area.
