Jeffrey Lawrence Thomas

Jeff told me that my case is easy to be dismissed before getting my money. After he got the money, he changed his words and start to state that its hard to be dismissed and I have to accept a deal to plea guilty and lower the charges. Which I did and I regret it now. During my case, he never called m...e for any update, even no update for court date. he waved my right for speedy trial without calling me or explaining to me what is that. Definitely don't recommend him.

Jeff Thomas is a lawyer with extensive understanding that goes further under the surface than i believe most could understand. He handled my case with an intuitive understanding of the judge and true Discernment of what was needed for the judge to allow for the case to turn in good favor. Jeff did an... excellent job representing me and by the time your done doing what he suggests your odds will improve ten fold what it was. Jeff lit the spark to give me a chance to turn my odds to be respectable on most sides of the court room for my Probation Violation. Reinstated no jail time, great job. Much respect and thank again Jeff. In the end I was highly relieved for the situation. Would hire again.

Mr. Thomas kept stringing me along by telling me he could get the charges reduced. He never even took the time to read my case until we met for court. The most inept attorney I have ever encountered in my life. I am used to someone being on the ball, having his ducks in a row. What an idiot; I too...k constitutional law in college, and believe I understand it better than him. I was telling him the angles to look for, and he agreed with me. He came to our next meeting and I had to tell the story again. He seemed too busy to give a crap about anything but my money. I have been in sales for 10 years and can tell when someone is bullshitting someone. Unfortunately, I already gave my money to this monkey and couldn't afford to make the same mistake again. So I rode out the wave of ignorance that became my life for the next year. I would have been better off pleading guilty the first day; instead of dragging out the misery along with a second suspension due to time frame. If this does nothing else then keep some other poor sap from pissing into the wind, I have won.

In February 2011, I was stopped by two Tampa Police officers walking around Hyde Park. I had a Miller Lite, open. Apparently if you're not on Bayshore Blvd, during Gasparilla, this is illegal (just FYI). Instead of doing the right thing and informing me, I was thereafter considered a "criminal" for w...alking to S Howard while consuming a beer. Mr. Paulk worked for TEN MONTHS convincing the state attorney of the Tampa Police's corruption and deceit, ultimately resulting in victory. I recommend Mr. Paulk to anyone who wants to win their case and remain informed throughout the entire process.
