I hired Mr. Klema after days of searching for an attorney to help me with an unusual case. Or shall I say he offered to help me after numerous attorneys refused. My case was emotional and Griffin helped me through it by listening, being up front and honest. I had a pet that escaped my yard and was found and the person who had him refused to return him. The police said it was a civil matter. Mr. Heckles , my 5 yr old tortoise, was gone forever. Until Griffin decided to help me. we were sued for stopping a vendor services in Tampa, and being from Miami, first we hired a lawyer off the yellow pages who overcharged his worked hours, beside we noticed that the other party who was unfairly asking $6,000 contract cancellation, started to aske for $20,000, beside lawyer fees, A friend advised us to contact Griffin, and substitute our first lawyer, Griffin persuaded the truth with my partners, and spent over 8 hours, before taking the case, or accepting any consultation, and as we hired him, we realized the big hole that the first lawyer put us in, Mr Klema, not only offered discounts of his hours, based on his belief that the first lawyer cheated the work hours, but in less than two weeks, the other aggressive party became on the defense, many mistakes made by our first lawyer as well as by the adversary lawyer, became obvious.
