Frank Nicolas Genco

Frank Genco is a Florida Bar licensed business attorney practicing in the Tampa Bay Area.  He double majored in finance and real estate graduating from Florida State University in 1996 and earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors in 2000.  Mr.  Genco then attended Georgetown University in Washington DC, receiving his Master of Laws (or LL.M.) in securities and financial regulation in 2001. 

Professionally, Mr. Genco worked as special counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, and served as Vice President and Associate Corporate Counsel at Raymond James for over eight years. 

Currently, Mr.Genco runs his own law practice, which specializes in advising small and medium-sized businesses, including organizing and setting up business entities, business-to-business transactions, employee and independent contractor relationships and agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, vendor and service agreements, licensing and franchise agreements, compliance, regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement actions.  Mr. Genco advises business on obtaining desirable dispute resolutions and engages in all aspects of front-end and back-end business negotiations.

Mr. Genco also provides advice to businesses trying to obtain licensing from government agencies, and provides focused guidance and advice to broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, and other heavily-regulated financial services firms and their representatives.
