Biography
I focus my practice on trial advocacy representing individuals harmed by the negligence of others and families that have lost a loved one due to the negligence of others. I am Board Certified as a Specialist in Civil Trial by The Florida Bar and have tried numerous cases throughout central and southwest Florida. Just over 1% of the more than 100,000 lawyers in Florida are Board Certified in Civil Trial. I also received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is based on peer review by judges and other attorneys. This is the highest rating an attorney can receive and only approximately 5% of the lawyers in the United States are AV Rated.
I am a native Floridian. I grew up in Lakeland, FL and attended the University of South Florida in Tampa graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I then attended Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach and received my Juris Doctor in 2006. I then returned to Florida to practice law. Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, I have concentrated my practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance disputes.
