Biography
I am the managing partner of Whittington Law Group and I am an experienced trial lawyer. I have been continuously practicing law since 1994. The focus of my practice has been representing individuals and businesses in Florida Courts in a wide array of matters, including complex commercial litigation, family law matters, probate and trust matters, real estate matters, contract disputes, and foreclosures. I was an equity partner in a very large firm for years, but realized I could provide better service at substantially better rates through my own practice.
