Charlotte Is A Blessing

I really wish I could give five more stars. I was feeling helpless about being denied for my unemployment benefits when I decided to request an attorney to review my case for an appeal. I had consulted with a local attorney who was not very helpful, and left me with a feeling of more doubt. Luckily, a friend referred me to Charlotte Fernee. Ms. Fernee immediately responded and provided a consultation. Within a few days of my appeal hearing, she was able to carefully analyze and prepare for my case for the unemployment appeal hearing. My family was quite impressed with Ms. Fernee's quick responses to any questions and concerns. Within minutes of my telephone hearing, her representation kept me calm and gave me the confidence that the ruling could be made in my favor. I am forever grateful for Ms. Fernee's service, and I highly recommend her. We can now claim VICTORY as my claim for unemployment was reversed and approved.

Former Attorney

Charlotte sued my employer, went through the litigation process, summary judgment process, and the beginning of trial prep. She kept me informed along the way and was very attentive. I was extremely satisfied with the result and that Charlotte was able to negotiate my termination to a resignation so I was able to get a new job and stay in the same career field. She genuinely cared about my issues.

Extremely Knowledgeable Attorney
