This was the longest 4 years of my life but Carlos and his team, Teresa and Maria were there every step of the way. They were very professional and we’re in constant communication and worked many hours to help guide me through my divorce and custody battle. They were like family. Mr Ramirez is absolutely amazing as is his staff Maria and Teresa! My divorce was filed by my now ex husband in January of 2020 and finalized in May 2022. In addition to the divorce there were also injunctions in place when I retained Mr. Ramirez. Covid definitely played a huge roll in the lengthy p...rocess with me having contracting it multiple times and causing long term medical complications and yet through my stress, anxiety, and medical issues Mr. Ramirez, Teresa and Maria were always there! No matter what was going on in their own lives they were always a phone call away; available even nights and weekends. There was never a time when i couldn't reach someone rather that be normal business hours, nights or weekends. We had a very complex case and we had to deal w my ex husbands attorney who was an absolute nightmare. My memory tanked being Sick for so long and yet during a pandemic with covid running our state and having to resort to zoom hearings I was always informed reminded and even received wake up calls to make sure I never missed a hearing!! I never felt like just a client, rather like I was family! Divorce is a stressful time but combine that with my health issues covid and lock down and yet They were always there for me; working endlessly and maintaining not only a professional business rapport but also a family rapport! I still to this day send photos of my children with updates on how we are doing and receive emails and phone calls just to check in with me. I couldn't have been more blessed to have had this amazing team that was always 100% all in...if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Such a wonderful Firm to have had my back.
