I shared our problem with her and she told me Mr. Ramirez was off for the Christmas holiday but would return my call before the end of the day. To my surprise he called me from his home and spoke with me for at least a half hour. His manner was kind and caring. Spoke to me like a friend. I knew I found the right firm. We engaged his services and met he and his staff in person. Everyone couldn't be nicer and Mr. Ramirez was much more than kind. A fine man.
