I had a very disappointing experience with Harrington Consumer Law, LLC in Tampa, FL. I hired Mr. Harrington to assist with a dispute involving a mechanic shop. Before retaining him, I asked about his online reviews and did not receive clear answers. I made it clear that I wanted honest communication... and, if he could not help, we could part ways amicably. After paying, I called and emailed multiple times over the course of more than a month with no meaningful response. My emails were opened but never answered, and my calls were routed to an answering service that did not resolve my concerns. Eventually, I disputed the charge through PayPal and was able to recover my payment. I also noticed that the listed business address is a residential home, which raised additional concerns for me. I genuinely gave him the opportunity to assist me, but unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through left me very dissatisfied.

I hired Mr. Harrington to fight a case for me in November involving a car dealer who I bought a car from remotely. The car arrived in a condition with so many undisclosed problems, it had to be scrapped for parts. He agreed to fight my case which involved submitting all of my documents against the de...alers bond in FL. He said it would take about 60 days. He was fairly responsive at first telling me he had submitted the documents but after the 60 days had passed, he refused to pick up the phone or answer any emails from me. I've tried dozens of phone calls and emails over the last 5 months with no response. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida bar.

I’ve been working with this attorney his last year on my case. Last response from him was in Jan of 2025 and he hasn’t returned my calls, emails since. The people who answer the calls just direct straight to voicemail and don’t have any contact with him. Sad that he took funds from clients and then d...eceives them.

Hired Zachary Harrington after the dealership ripped me off. Harrington received an offer from the dealership, but I never heard back from him again despite numerous phone calls and emails. So many complaints—he should not be practicing law. He’s a fraud and must be reported. Unfortunately I have the same experience…he lied and has done nothing but lie and string this along with no results and will not respond to anything! I am looking for another attorney to handle my issue because it NEEDS to be resolved! I am also reporting him to the Florida Bar as well…he is a total ...scam artist! Stay FAR away from him and don’t let him charm you into thinking he will solve all your problems! He will quickly become your biggest one!
