Biography
Since 1997, Wade has litigated cases in state and federal courts across the country. Having tried more than 300 criminal cases, he has earned a reputation for being a highly skilled litigator and is well known for his thorough, aggressive, and strategic defense of his clients. In addition to his trial experience, Wade has successfully litigated more than 100 post-conviction and appellate cases. Wade received his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida. Wade is currently a member of the Florida and National Associations of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the American Bar Association, and the Ferguson–White Inn of Court. Wade is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the state of Colorado.
