Steven R. Wirth

Steven R. Wirth, counsel of the firm, specializes in corporate restructuring, commercial litigation and debtor-creditor relations. Mr. Wirth’s experience includes representations in and out of bankruptcy of debtors, creditors’ committees, lender groups, DIP lenders, fiduciaries and individual creditors (including secured and unsecured creditors, lessors and employees).

Mr. Wirth has been actively involved in numerous litigation matters before bankruptcy and other state and federal courts throughout the country.

Mr. Wirth has extensive transactional experience including with respect to the negotiating and drafting of complex asset purchase agreements, loan agreements, subordination agreements, factoring agreements, and reorganization plans.
