Sasha Amanda Hodder

As a digital currency attorney, I help businesses navigate the ever-evolving regulations promulgated by the SEC, the CFTC, FinCEN, and FINRA. I’ve assisted companies through the entire process of choosing what type of business entity to form, drafting the organizational documents, employee contracts, GDPR compliant privacy policies, and terms of services. I've also engaged in more complex transactions including obtaining seed funding through Regulation D and Regulation CF. Much of my work centers on FinCEN Money Service Businesses and Anti-Money Laundering compliance.

I began my career as a stock trader for a major brokerage firm and grew into the role of a wealth products wholesaler where I connected with clients by truly understanding their needs and delivering customized, novel solutions. I ask a lot of questions and bring an open mind to every challenge. It’s that mindset that has made me a much sought-after attorney for organizations facing stubborn or unique challenges. I embrace innovative solutions and keep my clients on the right side of the regulations while consistently helping them achieve outstanding results.

Competitive sports have always been a major part of my life, I have won over 30 National Championships in the sports of swimming, rowing, and kayaking. I compete in triathlons, marathons, and am a member of the King Khong MMA Dojo.

I am a regular guest on the Tone Vays Bitcoin Law Review Show where a group of crypto attorneys discuss the legal news. I also host my own podcast, the HODLCast, which focuses primarily on crypto regulation. These interviews have helped me develop a unique insight into the industry from many angles.

I teach a Florida Bar Credit CLE Course through Blockspaces called Proof of Law, focused on the intersection of Crypto & Securities law. I'm looking forward to expanding the course across the country in partnership with CoinStructive.
