Sarah K. Hibbard

Ms. Hibbard was rude, condescending, unprepared and this on a case that was over 5 years old with a dollar amount disputed over six figures and was passed on to her through another law firm called Nations Law out of Orlando. It was a cast iron pipes claim and it was a disaster. Ms. Hibbard was u...nprepared, indifferent and then blaming my case on me for being a bad witness and left little to no direction after 5 years and many different people involved. I sold my home and purchased the home the case was about because of this lawsuit and so I was genuinely totally invested 100% and Sarah failed me completely with no real representation. It appeared like she didn't open the file until the settlement was being negotiated with the opposing law firm. The case settled for a low ball offer and even that was fouled up and made a circus. However Sarah tried to take the entire low ball offer and leave me nothing. I called the principle lawyer for Nations Law and told him directly I would not accept the offer if I wasn't getting 50% of the settlement. This would of left Ms. Hibbard with zero dollars and I would walk away rather them take 100% of the meager payout. We'll, the next day the phone rings and they agree to take 50% rather then nothing. It was a horrendous experience that left me blind sided and feeling violated and totally deceived. Stear clear of Ms. Hibbard unless she has has some vested interest benefitting her directly. .Maybe then she could be okay.... on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give Sarah a one (1).
