A Man of Character

As one who personally finds it painful to speak well of any attorney I must make an exception and speak of my great satisfaction with John Rains. I first dealt with John about twenty years ago as a young businessman. Since that first meeting until today I have been more than satisfied with John's abi...lity as an attorney and character as a person. He is exceptionally well prepared for any meeting or hearing, he exudes professionalism and competence, and reduces stress by simply being in the same room. John is not a "pit bull attorney", he uses his skill and knowledge of the law to achieve results, not a loud mouth and threats. John provides reason and perspective to a case and is not afraid to be brutally honest with his clients about the nature of civil procedure and that your money and peace of mind is more important than "going to war" with your adversary. If you are looking for an attorney that you can respect and who sincerely places you before his desire to rack up a ton of billable hours, I know you will be happy with John Rains.
