I have hired Mr Heller for a problem with my insurance. I am a foreigner having a house in Florida. I send him by email all the information including all the documents in connection with my case. He told me that he could do something for me. I send him a retainer fee of USD 1'000.-. At the end he tol...d me that he could do nothing for me. He took my money and never tried to help in order to find a way with the insurance. For months he promised me that he would give me one part of my money back but he never did it. Unfaithful and unprofessional lawyer.

I paid a large retainer fee to Heller/Goldberg . Heller did nothing more than file an inaccurate notice of appearance to the court three months after signing a retainer. Aware that time is of essence of filing motion to vacate judgement . Did nothing for me. Unprofessional . Not what I can afford nor... ever want for any representation .
