I've been practicing attorney in the Tampa Bay area since 1988.  In my early years, the focus of my practice was on complex commercial litigation, including significant, national litigation involving prescription drugs and medical devices, products liability, construction litigation and real estate litigation.  In such matters, I represented corporations such as Bristol-Myers Squibb (breast implant litigation), Siam Sempermed Corporation (latex glove litigation), Zurich U.S. (exterior insulation and finishing systems litigation), Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation (fire retardant treated plywood litigation), Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (diet drug litigation), Sulzer Orthopedics (hip implant litigation), Hennessy Industries, Inc. (tire/rim mismatch litigation), Ford Motor Company (Explorer rollover litigation), Ariba, Inc. (software litigation) and WCI Communities, Inc. (real estate litigation).

Since 1994, I have been involved in family law litigation.  I believe that my extensive litigation backgound in complex litigation and my experience since 1994 in family law give me the necessary skills and experience to handle any type of family law case that should arise.  Since 1994, I've represented hundreds of Tampa area families in divorces, paternity actions and family law cases of all types.  My approach to such cases is to confirm the client's goals, to advise the client on his or her legal rights and options, and then to proceed as quickly and efficiently as possible to achieve those goals.
