Lakisha Michelle Kinsey-Sallis

LaKisha M. Kinsey-Sallis is an experienced labor and employment attorney with a background in representing large and small private/public sector employers primarily in the areas of labor and employment. She has represented clients in a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, public housing, and technology. As a result of her experience, LaKisha has had the opportunity to advise clients and litigate cases arising under various federal and state laws including, but not limited to, the FLSA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, FCRA, COBRA, NLRA, ERISA, Florida Civil Rights Act, Florida Private and Public Sector Whistleblower Acts, and the Florida Minimum Wage Act. Additionally, for the past eight years, LaKisha has represented one of the largest employers in the city in handling education law issues.

LaKisha's practice includes regular appearances before federal, state, and administrative courts. She is admitted to practice in both Florida and Illinois.
