Jason Bradford Woodside

Jason B. Woodside is the founder of Woodside Law, P.A. and is licensed to practice law in Florida. Jason’s practice focuses on representing employees in the state of Florida in disputes with their current or former employer. Prior to founding Woodside Law, P.A., Jason worked with corporate clients on raising capital through private and public offerings with a focus on drafting and reviewing offering materials, registration statements, periodic reports and disclosures as well as advising clients on the availability of various registration exemptions.  He also has experience in advising companies on general corporate law matters and, as a law clerk at a prominent Florida law firm, assisted in the litigation of cases involving securities fraud, patent infringement, breach of contract, and professional malpractice.
