Biography
As the founding partner of Greater Tampa Law, P.L., Jason Bard is recognized for his tenacious representation and proven trial record. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and earned his J.D. with honors from Stetson College of Law, where he served in prestigious judicial internships, including at the Florida Supreme Court. Jason began his legal career in civil litigation before dedicating six years as a prosecuting attorney, successfully handling a broad range of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to life felonies. Since 2011, he has focused on criminal defense, as well as family law and personal injury cases. Jason is admitted to practice in Florida and the Federal Middle District of Florida. His deep experience, leadership, and commitment to service have shaped Greater Tampa Law, P.L. into a trusted resource for clients seeking effective and dedicated legal counsel.
