Jason Merritt Bard

After receiving my 4th DUI, I contacted Jason Bard from one of dozens of fliers I received through the mail. I know a 4th DUI carries up to 1 year in jail. I was extremely nervous/anxious! Jason, from my first consultation through to the end, brought my anxiety way down! In the end I did no jail time... (AWESOME)!!! Jason was able to keep my only vehicle from being booted, due to my wife's disability!!! I will be spending my time in treatment versus behind bars! Jason represented my daughter in a very serious case in which she was being accused of Robbery, from beginning to the end, he was very informative and kept us informed of everything that had to do with the case and also kept us very calm through the process. I knew from the 1st time I spoke with him ...that he was going to be a great attorney. We did take the case to trial and Jason and his partner where absolutely amazing and did not back down on any of the accusations to my daughter. Gratefully, she was found innocent of her false charges and we were able to beat every bit of the case, I referred him to a other friend and he also beat that case too, using Jason and his partner.
