Gregory Saint Jour

I went to Saint Jour and Hogan law firm for a relocation of minor child in March 2013. I paid $1500. I went to my first hearing in April/May. Judge set a trial date for July 2. Ms. Hogan told me she could do the trial because she had something going on that day but Saint Jour will take over. Luckily ...for me I've been through the custody thing a few times so I knew how to conduct myself. But he never went over any questions with me or my witnesses. Trial date comes and the defense attorney states he never filed the petition to relocate. She said she notified them back in April to do that and they never did. So my case was dismissed. So they wasted my time and money and now I have to scramble to push back my move and everything. I guess they took my situation lightly which is not cool. They are not thorough with anything. I contacted them numerous times to get my file and still nothing. They told me I can't be compensated because they did 10 hours worth of work. Which is a lie because if they did that petition would have been part of that 10 hours.

I hired Attorney Saint Jour for a Personal Injury case and he did a great job on the case. He kept me informed and he fought for me when the insurance company was trying to deny my claim. I was very happy with the way he approached the case and the way he guided me through the process. I did not have... to talk to a case manager or some paralegal. I spoke to my lawyer about my case. The whole process was very frustrating since I could not work and I was in constant pain. I am happy Greg was lawyer.
