Mr. Appleton's practice focuses on assisting association officers, directors and property managers with corporate operations, including litigation, arbitration, mediation and transactions. Mr. Appleton has represented real property owners, commercial associations and residential community associations in complex disputes with residents, tenants, lenders, insurance carriers, neighboring property owners, vendors and developers at mediation, arbitration and trial. Mr. Appleton also has considerable experience litigating collection and foreclosure actions, as well as property damage claims in Florida. Mr. Appleton is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and Appellate Court Mediator.

Eric is self serving
Eric is my HOA lawyer. His fiduciary duty’s are to protect the members. In my opinion. He protects his own interests and runs up HOA legal cost . His resolutions and amendments are so ambiguous that you are guaranteed to need more legal fees! He passes every amendment as a resolution so it is so amb...
