Drew Daddono is trust and probate administration lawyer whose primary focus is helping individuals and families navigate the often complex proceedings following the death of a loved one. In addition, Drew provides estate planning services to clients in a variety of situations. Along with professional fiduciary services to support ongoing planning efforts, Drew assists individuals and families in meeting their estate planning and wealth management goals, and he helps small business owners setup and implement succession planning strategies to ensure their business continues to grow and thrive no matter what the future holds.
Originally from Chicago, Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. In 2014, he earned his Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. While at law school, Drew maintained an active membership of the Student Bar Association and the Leon County Teen Court as a volunteer adviser and coach.
Drew began his legal career in 2014 representing members of the banking industry as an associate at a large Tampa-based law firm. After that, Drew represented insurance carriers and employers in workers’ compensation litigation.
In May of 2017, Drew launched his own law firm; Anchor Trust Management. Drew has focused his practice at Anchor Trust Management almost exclusively in trust and probate administration and litigation, and estate planning. It is his passion, and he gets distinct fulfillment when answering his clients’, “What ifs…?”

Whether his client is the trustee, personal representative/executor, or beneficiary, Drew takes great satisfaction in personally providing expert legal and fiduciary services.
In 2019, the Daddono family welcomed their newest addition; Aria, their first. When he is not working, Drew enjoys spending time in the Tampa Bay area with his wife Candace, their new daughter, and their dog Lily.

Great Experience (Durable Power of Attorney)
I reached out to Mr. Daddono to prepare a durable power of attorney that will be acceptable in India. He was very professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend him. He was easy to approach and had insightful feedback on my requests.

Highly recommend
I needed a Special Power of Attorney, so I first looked online for local lawyers. I tried to call at least three different law firms but received no response. My cousin also referred me to her lawyer, but they didn't return my call. My coworker then referred me to the Hillsborough Bar Association. Th...

POA and Wills
Drew not only helps in finalizing Estates. He helped us get our POA and Wills together for our growing family. When starting a family I do not think most people think about the importance of putting in place Wills, POA and living wills. My husband was leaving the country for several months and we ...

Drew rocks!
I am the sole POA for my elderly parents. I am embarking on a sailing trip that will take me out of the country off-and-on for several months at a time. I needed to be sure my parents' legal matters were set up properly and to assign my friend to be their medical "back-up" while I am out of the count...
"I endorse this lawyer. Drew is an excellent Florida probate attorney. I have referred many clients to him and will continue to do so."
"Having worked with Drew on a few matters, I can't recommend him enough - he's friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for clients, but will fight tooth and nail to get them what they deserve. He's a consummate professional, and his focus on a niched part of the law makes him a great source of knowledge on any estate planning and probate matter. Finally, every client I've referred to Drew had nothing but good things to say about him, so he's clearly doing something right!"
"Drew is a top notch professional. Drew fights hard for his clients, and he does so with integrity and great legal skill. His preparation and attention to detail make him a formidable opponent."
"Drew has my highest endorsement. Drew and I began our legal careers at the FSU College of Law in the same graduating class. Since graduating, Drew's success and ability to satisfy his client's needs is a testament to his talent as a lawyer. His clients are lucky to have him."
