Everything went wrong when I had a lawyer, so imagine how badly it could have gone if I didn’t have legal representation to back me up. My nightmare is that the insurer could have hired a contractor and, under the original agreement, potentially left me on the hook for tens of thousands in bills. David was knowledgeable, accessible and aggressive in representing me and the outcome is better than anything I could have hoped for. If you need to file a claim for your roof, ask David to represent you. Don’t trust the insurance company. I have never been happier to pay a legal bill. The peace of mind was worth it.
