David Cabel Murray

For more almost 20 years, David Murray has dedicated his practice to representing policyholders in disputes with insurance companies. As a trial attorney, he advocates for individuals and businesses mistreated by their insurance company.

He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been recognized year after year as a “Super Lawyer” - an honor that is received by less than 5% of attorneys in the state of Florida. Murray routinely speaks to professional organizations on insurance related issues and is often consulted by the media on a wide variety of insurance related topics ranging from natural disasters to bad faith claims handling practices.

He gives back to the community by serving as a Guardian ad Litem advocating for abused and neglected children in the foster care system and by serving as a board member for the Heart Gallery of Tampa.
