i meet bryant 10 months ago . i was referred to by a friend of mines . i was giving his cell number which he picked up on the first call during business hours . he asked me about my case and other chargers ive had in the past . he listened to everything and took note before i even hired him . upon hi...ring him we meet up spoke more and he told me how much it would cost me for his services. i payed him half he took my case. he was great with letting me know everything there was to know about the case before every court date . he was always on time to court and honest to the fullest . i was very happy with THE services he provided and have already recommended him to family and friends . best lawyer in the tampa bay area . i couldnt be more satisfied . you cant find to many lawyers out there thats not just about the money but acually concerned about his clients and willing to do what it takes to get the case resolved in a timely fashion .

He took my money over the phone, said he eould keep me informed about sone traffic tickets i got. He guaranteed me 99% he would have them reomved. Figured out when cout date came. He didnt go nd had it rescheduled. Three months later he went to my court. Nd didnt even get atleast one of my two ticket...s removed. I thought that was B.S. i kept caLling him nd calling nd never no answer! The ladys who answered would say he was never there. .. at the end he made one of the ladys at his office call me to tell me how much i owed the court. And i tried calling and calling after that. Till this day havt recieved no phone call of his. So got no other choice but to pay the court.. eould not reccommemd him at all to anyone. He's no good,lier ,unprofessional, and never will answer your calls if he cant do nothing for you, he'll just take your money!

Set up a meeting with Mr Scriven to discuss my accident and ticket. An hour after our appointment time, I was informed that he was not coming to meet me, but that his wife holding a baby would help me. I filled out all of the intake papers I was asked to, but even though my court date was drawing clo...se, and I did not know what course of action to take, Mr. Scriven refused to answer any of my calls for advice. In fact, to date I never have heard back from him, and had to deal with the court case myself. I found this to be the most unprofessional of any attorney I have ever dealt with.

I received a DUI in 2/2006 and a mutual friend recommended Bryant Scrivens to me. After discussing the incident, he advised me that some time ago he had worked, I think for the prosecuting attorneys office and he would talk to someone to find out what information can be obtained to help my case. Movi...ng on, it took numerous phone calls and messages to finally get him to order and review my sobriety test on tape. Just prior to the pretrial, I was asked if I were going to plead guilty or not (some thing we had discussed prior to the pretrial). I responded what was the outcome of the conversation with the prosecuting attorney, his response, he was going to talk to them now. It was obvious that he didn’t talk to anyone prior to that day because he then advised me that they were going ahead with the prosecution. Then when the prosecuting attorney was reading the report, there were a few things mentioned that weren’t accurate and when I questioned Mr. Scrivens, he asked me what I wanted to do, I responded I didn’t know he needed to tell me because he was my attorney. I pleaded guilty because I felt I had no other choice. At the end of the pretrial, he shook my hand and said sorry there was nothing he could do and walked away. I stood there dumb founded. Afterwards my friend, who recommended him, told me that he (Bryant Scrivens) never even showed up to his pretrial hearing.
