I needed an attorney for my Son who was faced with a very serious case. I was very doubtful because of previous representation for my Son. Mr. Scriven was very professional he made me feel like he understood my concerns as a parent but deep down inside I felt like we do not know each other so how can... he understand my pain for my Son. Set up a meeting with Mr Scriven to discuss my accident and ticket. An hour after our appointment time, I was informed that he was not coming to meet me, but that his wife holding a baby would help me. I filled out all of the intake papers I was asked to, but even though my court date was drawing clo...se, and I did not know what course of action to take, Mr. Scriven refused to answer any of my calls for advice. In fact, to date I never have heard back from him, and had to deal with the court case myself. I found this to be the most unprofessional of any attorney I have ever dealt with.
