I was in a small car accident where I rear ended a lady and I was given a ticket for 150 something dollars for “speeding in dangerous conditions“ I was given Andrews information by my insurance company I have State Farm and I always have the pleasure of speaking the same one out of two people when ...I call. Mr. Andrew Spicola sent me a postcard in the mail to inform me to hire him for a non-moving violation. However I was involved in a traffic accident and I called him to determine my course for action for a moving violation. He indicated to me the the cost to represent my case would be only $75.
