Alicia Regina Seward

I hired Alicia Seward on October 16 to represent my HOA in a pending lawsuit. She complained about phone calls and emails to her office asking her for case status updates, although I was not getting any information or updates from her. I gave her instruction and she ignores it, then she quit giving... me no notice after I had a question on her Invoice. She lacks experience and professionalism and I would most definitely not recommend her to anyone.

We hired Alicia for our case, and Alicia showed up to our mediation completely unprepared. She never filed an amendment like she said she was going to and never communicated with us on the status of our court date causing us to miss it. Then instead of fixing it, she withdrew from the case. We lost a... lot of time and money hiring Alicia. I do not recommend her.

We couldn't be grateful enough to the Seward law office.They were able to help us in our time of great need and frustration.Alicia helped us to procure information in a timely manner from difficult tenants and has been very knowledgeable in her field. Attorney Alicia Regina Seward is one of the worst. I hired her on 5/31/17 for an eviction case, a tentant who was beyond on rent payments. That same day she got the full payment her attorney fee of $750.00 plus the filing fee which was around $300.00. I called her office back several times, three hou...r later to notify her the tenant called me and we resolved the issue,but no respond. When she finally got back to me after via email and alot of calls. She refunded me the filing fee then told me in 15 to 30 days, she has to review what her assistance work on, before she can refund me the attorney fee. She also mentioned to me in her hiring docket there's a no refund stated in the docket, which was not in bold letters and before her assistance sent the docket. I Regina Seward was there any thing in the docket I should be aware of, she said no. On 7/7/17 she mailed me statement, breaking down the cost. Which add up for attorney fees $375.00 for thrée hours, mind you! On the day I hired her, she got the full payments attorney fee and filing fee, three hour later I called to tell her everything was resolved and her service wasn't required anymore. Now two months have pass and I still haven't received half of the attorney fee, which was stated due to me on the statement she mail to me.
