A native of Plant City, Attorney Williams returned home in 1994 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida A & M University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Southern University. He opened his own practice in 1997. Attorney Williams is licensed by the Florida Bar and authorized to practice in both State and Federal Court (Middle District).
