I hired Stacy Ortiz for a worker's comp case based on the great reputation of the owner Mike Winer. The handling of my case was minimal. She was rude, dismissive and condescending. Communication, follow up and follow through was poor. The only time things were propelled forward is when I pushed forwa...rd momentum after weeks of no contact. She minimized my case trying to coax me on several occasions to lower my already low bottom line. Inefficient process delays and excuses. I regret hiring Stacy as she made an already stressful time way more troubling than it should have been.
