Ms. Houle-Torres chose Family Law due to the natural fit for her personality. She takes great pride in her work and is sensitive to clients’ needs and gets satisfaction knowing that she is able to make a difference in a client’s life.
Ms. Houle-Torres received her Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors society and consistently made the Honor Roll. Due to her outstanding contributions and studies in Elder Law, Geneviève received the Matthew Bender Elder Law Book Award.
An avid tennis player, Ms. Houle-Torres played for the University of South Florida in Tampa where she earned her B.A. in Political Science and graduated cum laude. Her competitive nature led her to the legal discipline and resulting success as a Family Law attorney.

Best lawyer I've ever had. She represented me in my request for alimony reduction/termination. She spent a lot of effort researching case law in preparation for my hearings. I always felt that I was being listened to. We prevailed and I highly recommend Genevieve and her firm.

You won't go wrong
Genevieve handled my divorce, she was kind and sympathetic, but was tough when she had to be...I drove her crazy w questions and emails and she was always responsive and could calm me down in order to focus instead of being angry and always told me she would handle it...and she did..she made a horrib...

Really efficient and friendly attorney
I was able to contact my attorney at anytime. She worked with me through all of my problems with my divorce. I did not have to worry about a thing. She was on top of everything needed to make my divorce very easy.
